www.histden.org (WEBSITE) is funded by the dues and meeting registration fees paid by members of the AAHD. WEBSITE has no corporate sponsors, and does not accept advertising fees of any kind. All links on these pages are provided at no charge. There is no other commercial or non-commercial support for these pages other than the AAHD.

One of the benefits of membership in the AAHD is that members in good standing may describe their dental-related books on the WEBSITE’s Bookstore page and provide information on how these books may be purchased including links to any website offering those books for sale.

Information provided to the AAHD through WEBSITE, including, but not limited to, email addresses or/and contact information, names and physical addresses, personal or medical data is used exclusively for AAHD administrative purposes. Information tendered to the AAHD through WEBSITE is never sold to, or exchanged with, third parties. Mailing lists, both email and physical, are used exclusively for AAHD membership-business purposes.

Confidentiality of data relating to individual AAHD members and visitors to WEBSITE, including their identity, is respected by the AAHD. The AAHD undertakes to honor or exceed the legal requirements of medical/health information privacy that applies in the United States of America.

In the event this Privacy Policy is changed in a manner deemed substantive by the AAHD Board of Directors, all affected parties will be notified of the changes by email to the extent email addresses are on record. For those persons not reachable by email, notices will be entered into the U.S. Postal Service.
