Using the Forums

Click "Forum" to enter the Forum section of our web site. The Forum section contains separate pages for each topic of discussion. Click the purple links to enter these pages and view discussion threads.

Creating a New Thread

To create a new thread, click the "Post new Forum Topic" button on any Forum page.

Enter the subject of your new discussion under "Subject." Then choose a topic for your discussion. You may choose any topic marked with a single dash.

After typing your message, click "Save" to post, or "Preview" to check your submission for any final corrections. (Note: any web addresses or e-mail addresses you type in a comment are automatically turned into links.)

Replying to an Existing Thread

If you would like to contribute to an existing discussion thread, you have two options. You may reply to the original post, or you may reply to someone else's response.

To reply to the original post at the top of the page, simply type your response under "Post New Comment". You may then Preview or Save your response.

If you wish to respond to another comment someone has made in the discussion thread, click the "Reply" button on the comment to which you wish you respond.

This will take you to a page where you may type your response to that comment. Discussion threads are organized so that users can see who is responding to which comment, so that many people may be involved in the conversation at once.
