Creating Your Account

Click the "Create New Account" link on the right-hand side of the page.

Registration - Individual AAHD Members

1. Create a username based on your first and last name. For example, PierreFauchard.

2. Enter your e-mail address. (Accounts are approved via e-mail.)

3. In the “Member/Institution” dropdown menu, select “AAHD Member”

4. Enter your title, first and last name. (Note: Please use the name you used on your AAHD membership form.)

5. Click “Create new account”. We will be notified of your registration and will activate your account via e-mail. Please check your e-mail after registering to receive your confirmation. This e-mail will contain instructions on how to set your password.

Registration - Institutional Subscribers

1. Create a username based on the name of the institution you represent. (ex. UniversityofExampleDentalSchool)

2. Enter your e-mail address. (Accounts are approved via e-mail.)

3. In the “Member/Institution” dropdown menu, select “Institutional Subscriber”

4. Enter your title, first and last name.

5. Click “Create new account”. We will be notified of your registration and will activate your account via e-mail. Please check your e-mail after registering to receive your confirmation. This e-mail will contain instructions on how to set your password.

Logging In

Once your account has been activated via e-mail, you may log in on the right-hand side of the page.

Password Problems

If you have forgotten your password, you may click the "Request New Password" link on the right-hand side of the page. Your password will be erased and a new temporary password will be e-mailed to you. From this e-mail, you will be able to log in and set the new password of your choice.
